Labels are an organizer’s best friend. They help keep everything neat and organized and finding labeled things is so much easier than things that are sans labels. Making them can be a bit hard, but if you have a template that you follow, life can become so much easier.
First and foremost, think about what you want to label. This is crucial since it sets the tone for how you would want your label to look like. If you’re labeling photograph albums or boxes, then labels should include the date of which the photographs were taken from and the event they covered. If you’re labeling jars and the content they carry, then small ones, mostly in a rectangular shape can do the trick but if you’re labeling boxes in the attic, then bigger ones in a square shape would be better.
To add a bit of color, you can always add borders of various colors but it is best that if a white background is best since anything written on them can be seen from a distance but if you opt for a darker one such as black, then you’d have to write with a bright silver colored marker. A white background works best.
To differentiate between various things, you can go for labels with different colored background or you can always choose different pens to label them with. Be sure to write on the labels boldly.
